Update 10\/6\/09: Casting has closed and production on season 9 has begun.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you’ve got what it takes to be the next Helen Phillips<\/a> or Jerry Hayes<\/a>, the newest winners of Biggest Loser, then consider applying to be a contestant. NBC has opened its casting doors for new contestants for season 9, which will air in Spring 2026.<\/p>\n

Find out if you’re eligible and apply:<\/p>\n

  1. At least 18 years old<\/li>\n
  2. Family teams of two who have 100+ pounds to lose<\/li>\n
  3. Legal U.S. resident<\/li>\n
  4. Create a 10 minute video<\/li>\n
  5. Complete the application at NBC<\/a>
    \n<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. Take a photo of each applicant<\/li>\n
  7. Mail entire packet<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    NBC announced June 15 their 15-city nationwide tour for open casting calls. That casting schedule is as follows:<\/p>\n
