After all, you are working your muscles &#8211; isn&#8217;t it time to reward them?<\/li>\n<li>Change your look with a new or different hair style or color, not a complete makeover<\/li>\n<li>Start a savings account by putting aside a small amount of money for each pound lost &#8211; between $1 and $5.\u00a0 At the end of your weight loss journey, donate that money to your local food bank.<\/li>\n<li>Do something daring, something you never had the courage to do when you were heavy.
