Needless to say he&#8217;s in peak physical condition. Well, he <em>was<\/em> in peak physical condition. At least that&#8217;s what the article on Yahoo says. I had to convert stones to pounds, but the before\/after pictures don&#8217;t seem to match that drastic of a change.<\/p>\n<p>To gain that weight James ate kebabs, french fries, <a title=\"bacon nutrition\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/08\/is-bacon-a-healthier-choice-than-tilapia\/\" target=\"_self\">bacon<\/a>, and chocolate milk, presumably not all at the same time. He also gave up exercise.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>While James had regular check-ups, he still risked liver disease and heart problems. Plus, he ended up addicted to <a title=\"junk food\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/05\/senators-want-to-ban-junk-food-from-schools\/\" target=\"_self\">junk food<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I feel down. I don&#8217;t feel like doing anything. I used to eat lean meat and veg, now I&#8217;ve got a taste for biscuits and fizzy drinks.
