Maybe 30 seconds? You\u2019re left feeling like you could have about five more before you even start to feel full. While I love those treats\u2014and do indulge in them\u2014I alternate them with low-calorie sweets that I can savor for longer. Here are some of my favorites, ranging from 125 to 165 calories.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"biscotti and coffee\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/09\/5-treats-that-last-stay-satisfied-by-enjoying-them-longer\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-91265\" alt=\"biscotti coffee\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/biscotti-coffee.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/biscotti-coffee.jpg 600w, https:\/\/dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/biscotti-coffee-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Biscotti dipped in tea<\/strong>. I just had one, in fact, and timed myself: Nearly four minutes! Dip the tip of the cookie, let it cool a little, bite, chew (chewing takes even longer if it contains nuts, as my 125-calorie chocolate hazelnut variety did), have a sip or two of tea, repeat. They\u2019re not hard to make, as you can see from this <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thebestlife.com\/?post_type=healthy-diet-recipes&amp;taxonomy=recipe-category&amp;term=best-life&amp;s=biscotti\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Chocolate Dried Cranberry recipe<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Homemade strawberry shortcake<\/strong>. I slice a 3-inch square piece of store-bought cornbread in half lengthwise, spread each piece with strawberry jam (about a teaspoon total) and slather on 1\/3 cup 0 percent Greek yogurt mixed with a teaspoon of honey. Then I top the pieces with 1\/3 cup strawberries. I haven\u2019t timed myself, but this must take at least twice as long to eat as a cookie. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hot chocolate<\/strong>. It takes a while to cool, so you have to take small sips and wait awhile in between. Give our <strong><a title=\"vegan hot chocolate\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thebestlife.com\/healthy-diet-recipes\/cinnamon-hot-chocolate\/\">vegan version<\/a><\/strong> a try!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fruit with vanilla yogurt<\/strong>. Dip about a cup of apples, peaches, strawberries or any other fruit in a half-cup of vanilla yogurt. Take your time to really chew the fruit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pistachios<\/strong>. Healthy enough to be a snack, delicious enough to be a treat.
