The 26-year-old actress was recently asked to reveal her diet and workout regimen to <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.people.com\/people\/article\/0,,20752245,00.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">People Magazine<\/a><\/strong>.<a title=\"blake lively\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/11\/blake-lively-doesnt-pay-attention-to-what-she-eats\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-92847\" alt=\"Blake Lively\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Blake-Lively.jpg\" width=\"350\" height=\"525\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Blake-Lively.jpg 350w, https:\/\/dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Blake-Lively-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The answer? &#8220;None! I don&#8217;t need to have a [trainer] or pay attention to what I eat.&#8221; Must be nice.<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t take her frank comments as snark or snobbery, she&#8217;s been making these claims for a while now. Over a year ago, Lively told <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/tvshowbiz\/article-2199782\/Blake-Lively-reveals-secret-staying-slim-Being-25-years-old-having-good-metabolism.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">The Daily Mail<\/a><\/strong> the same thing. Back then, her secret to staying in shape was &#8220;Being 25 years old! That and a good metabolism.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Seemingly aware of the impending <strong><a title=\"how to increase metabolism\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/04\/5-ways-to-spark-your-metabolism\/\">decrease in her metabolic function<\/a><\/strong>, Lively made no buts about her laissez faire relationship with diet and fitness.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;In a few years, I&#8217;ll need to have a new secret, as in an incredibly strict diet regime.&#8221; While anybody would love to have Lively&#8217;s body type with no maintenance required, it&#8217;s important to suspend complete envy. The lifestyle of an actress is such that staying in shape is a fringe benefit. Per <em>People<\/em>, &#8220;I&#8217;m always on the go. I&#8217;m lucky to have an active lifestyle.&#8221; The constant movement, traveling, and training for film shoots and other appearances is sure to burn a ton of calories.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>That being said, Lively is no stranger to the gym. To prepare for her role in 2026&#8217;s action-adventure film\u00a0<em>The Green Lantern<\/em>, she worked with celeb trainer Bobby Strom to get into super shape. Lively did <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.instyle.com\/instyle\/package\/general\/photos\/0,,20397988_20416074_20862827,00.html#20862827\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">five high-intensity circuit workouts<\/a><\/strong> each week and coupled that with healthy eating. Her workout involved crunches, squats, lunges and biceps curls, all done with a five pound weight.<\/p>\n<p>The 5 foot 10 inch starlet should not apologize for her body nor her stellar metabolism. The self-proclaimed foodie works hard, stays active, and is at least aware of her blessings.
