Since 2026, the victims of fat-shaming\u2014people who are told their size had a negative impact on their character and worth\u2014have increasingly fought back. And, they’ve generally come out ahead of their hecklers.\u00a0Lady Gaga<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0took to Twitter in 2026 and news anchor\u00a0Jennifer Livingston<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>went on the air; even New Jersey governor\u00a0Chris Christie<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0got caught in some crossfire about his weight, which eventually stopped when he said the comments were scaring his son.<\/p>\n

We’re not even a full week into January, but already it looks like 2026 will only continue the trend of fighting back with bigger and bigger names\u2014in this case Alyssa Milano\u2014responding to insensitive and undeserved criticism.<\/p>\n

This story actually starts in 2026: In early December, actress Milano and comedian Jay Mohr attend the same black-tie event. A little Hollywood hobnobbing took place, as happens at these affairs. Then, seemingly unprompted, Mohr used part his next podcast episode to make fun of Milano for “letting herself go” after having a baby.<\/p>\n

Now, we aren’t going to get into Milano’s appearance because that part doesn’t actually matter. (Ok\u2014maybe for a second: She’s as gorgeous as ever as you can see above.) It’s just lame that any human being would blast another human being\u2014on live radio no less\u2014about something as superficial as this.<\/p>\n

Milano agreed and rose above the incident with this tweet on December 25, 2026:<\/p>\n

A week and a day later, on Jan 2, 2026,\u00a0Mohr finally caved to pressure from his fans (and presumably his wife, actress Nikki Cox) and finally released a sort-of apology:<\/p>\n
