She&#8217;s made us laugh, made us cry, and made us dance. Now she&#8217;s making us feel good about our bodies.<\/p>\n<p>Diaz has just released a book entitled &#8220;<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/0062252747\/ref=as_li_qf_sp_asin_il_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325&amp;creativeASIN=0062252747&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;tag=wwweasyfreesc-20\" target=\"_blank\">Body Book<\/a><\/strong>&#8220;, but it is not exactly what you might think. Diaz has a wonderful body, a body that is very easily envied. There is something different about Diaz, though\u2014her personality is just so relatable. Yes, she is a gorgeous movie star, but she could just as easily be your best friend or next door neighbor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/02\/how-to-care-for-your-body-as-told-by-cameron-diaz\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-95467 aligncenter\" alt=\"the-body-book-le-livre-de-cameron-diaz-143014_w1000\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/the-body-book-le-livre-de-cameron-diaz-143014_w1000-e1391458304279.jpg\" width=\"450\" height=\"453\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Diaz\u2019s book is not a diet tome. (Isn\u2019t that refreshing!) Instead, Diaz relies heavily on the <strong><a title=\"Cameron Diaz, nutrition educator\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/04\/cameron-diazs-career-move-to-nutrition-educator-shows-promise\/\">natural science<\/a><\/strong> of how the body digests food. There&#8217;s a little new info here and a lot of tried and tested ideas, but she basically reminds us\u2014endearingly through her personal stories\u2014that <strong><a title=\"Eat whole foods to avoid depression\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/11\/eat-whole-foods-to-avoid-depression\/\">basic is best<\/a><\/strong>. Though the book is called &#8220;Body Book&#8221;, it truly focuses more on feeling good about yourself through healthy (and simple!) guidelines.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Some of my favorite tips:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Drink water first thing in the morning. Diaz swears it wakes her body up and gets her digestive tracts moving. Also, set yourself up for success. Diaz explains: &#8220;Every night before I go to sleep, I fill up a big glass bottle with water and put it on my bathroom counter. First thing in the morning, right after I brush my teeth, I drink it.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Eat <strong><a title=\"Big Breakfast Diet\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diets\/the-big-breakfast-diet\/\">breakfast<\/a><\/strong>! I think, \u201cduh,\u201d but a lot of people still skip breakfast! Diaz says that breakfast wakes her brain up, allowing her to think more clearly. She has also been advised by her makeup artist that it brightens her skin.<\/li>\n<li>Make a 15-minute playlist of music that makes you want to dance.
