I love holidays because they always inspire me to be creative with my workouts.\u00a0This year I used some of my favorite sayings from Valentine Conversation Hearts to create a full body workout.\u00a0(And, since everyone always asks me how I fit in my workouts, now that I&#8217;m a mom, I thought I&#8217;d share with you what really goes on at my house when I work out at home\u2014see the video below!)<\/p>\n<p>Below is a list of the exercises in the circuit, including how many reps to do. The whole thing should take you around 10 minutes. Put on some of your favorite songs\u2014&#8221;Call Me Maybe&#8221;, anyone?\u2014and do the moves back to back. Most of all, have fun while you&#8217;re doing it\u2014you may even be able to recruit your hubby or kiddos to help you out!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sara Haley&#8217;s Crazy Conversation Heart&#8217;s Circuit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Warm Up: LOVE BUG Bounce:<\/strong> Spend 2-3 minutes here warming up with a simulated jump rope, dance, jog or march in place, shuffle around, etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>CALL ME Calisthenics:\u00a0<\/strong>20-30 jumping jacks (You&#8217;re gong to do these in between each exercise.)<\/li>\n<li><strong>SOUL MATE Squats:\u00a0<\/strong>20 reps<\/li>\n<li><strong>CALL ME Calisthenics:<\/strong>\u00a020-30 jumping jacks<\/li>\n<li><strong>PUPPLY LOVE Push Ups:\u00a0<\/strong>10-20 reps of push-ups to Downward Dog<\/li>\n<li><strong>CALL ME Calisthenics:\u00a0<\/strong>20-30 jumping jacks<\/li>\n<li><strong>LOVE YOU . . .
