In one easy and portable drink, you get multiple servings of fruit and vegetables plus protein so it always lasts you till lunch. If I had it my way, I\u2019d have this <strong><a title=\"fruit and vegetable smoothie\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/07\/sip-a-rainbow-smoothie-to-deliciously-tackle-your-daily-fruit-and-vegetable-serving-needs\/\">smoothie for breakfast every day<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients satisfy both a vegetarian and vegan diet, and the taste is so convincing that you don&#8217;t have to solely be a plant eater to enjoy this.
