Today the focus is on assisted stretching. Assisted stretching is a more advanced form of stretching due to the fact that you can stretch different parts of the body (that are unattainable by yourself)\u00a0and stretch past the\u00a0point of comfort. As a trainer, I stretch my clients after every workout to help lengthen the muscles and prevent\u00a0the risk of future injuries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wedding Season Week 9:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it. Begin it now!!&#8221; (Goethe)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip<\/strong>: Remember to listen to your body, it knows when enough is enough and when to push it.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Week\u00a09 <\/strong><strong>Wedding Fitness<\/strong><strong> Plan (Self Stretching):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Assisted stretching is a great way to wind down a tough sweat-filled workout and to relieve a little more stress that runs our lives these days. Again, <a title=\"stretching exercises\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/05\/top-ten-reasons-why-i-should-stretch\/\" target=\"_self\">stretching<\/a> has so many benefits and an assisted stretch just adds to the list of them. These benefits range from <a title=\"sleep diet\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diets\/the-sleep-diet\/\" target=\"_self\">improving sleep<\/a> patterns to increasing energy levels.<\/p>\n<p>Like I mentioned above, assisted stretching is a great way to cool or wind\u00a0down, reach the\u00a0parts of the body unattainable by yourself, and stretch\u00a0deeper to increase your\u00a0flexibility level. I\u00a0have put together a list of stretches below that I perform on my clients after a nice hard workout. I recommend holding or maintaining each stretch for\u00a0two 20-second counts with\u00a0a five-second relaxation period between them.
