There&#8217;s the strange light green coloring (pretty sure it&#8217;s not natural) and the 10 grams of sugar. But, it&#8217;s clearly a healthier choice than some other snacks I&#8217;ve been known to indulge in, like <strong><a title=\"3 ways to burn off a donut\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/03\/work-it-off-3-ways-to-burn-off-the-400-calories-in-a-donut\/\">donuts<\/a><\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/03\/work-it-off-3-ways-to-burn-off-the-90-calories-in-a-cup-of-yoplait-light-yogurt\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-96676\" alt=\"yog\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/yog-e1394760278428.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This past week while at the grocery store I saw there was a special on these yogurts. Ten for $5 or something like that\u2014a deal that&#8217;s hard to pass up. Add in the fact that things were downright warm in Portland and this seemed like a fitting treat. So I grabbed a few and went on my way. I&#8217;ve been enjoying the yogurts all week and, aside from the fact that they&#8217;re not exactly natural, they&#8217;re a fairly healthy treat: No <strong><a title=\"Corn syrup 101\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/09\/high-fructose-corn-syrup-101\/\">corn syrup<\/a><\/strong>, 20% of the daily recommended value of <strong><a title=\"Calcium and vitamin D for bone health\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/06\/calcium-and-vitamin-d-are-essential-for-bone-health\/\">calcium<\/a><\/strong>, and just 90 calories.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Still, 90 extra calories is 90 extra calories.
