Even if you do not have a week off of like back in the school days, I have good news: There are plenty of ways to enjoy adult versions of Spring Break! Here are five easy, fun, and most importantly, healthy ways to enjoy Spring Break.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/04\/5-fun-ways-to-enjoy-an-adult-spring-break\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-97452\" alt=\"hike\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/hike-e1397502632203.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Take a hiking trip!<\/strong><br \/>\nEven if you only have a day or two off of work (aka, a weekend), that is plenty of time to go on a long hike. Make it a picnic by packing sparkling water, hummus, and <strong><a title=\"Delicious spring veggies\" href=\"\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/04\/10-spring-vegetables-and-fruits-you-should-be-eating\/#2wWmbym5gzl8VvMT.99\">mixed raw vegetables<\/a><\/strong>. Becuase I know I always need something to look forward to\u2014besides the beautiful view\u2014by the time I make it to the top!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/04\/5-fun-ways-to-enjoy-an-adult-spring-break\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-97454\" alt=\"yoga\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/yoga-e1397502657170.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Go on a yoga retreat OR&#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\nSimply start taking <strong><a title=\"Yoga poses that will flatten your tummy\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/03\/5-yoga-poses-sure-to-flatten-your-tummy\/#jTZuqWM2mQlXSPCx.99\">yoga classes<\/a><\/strong>. If you don&#8217;t have the time or the means to take a week off for a yoga retreat, it might be a good idea to at least sign up for the yoga class you have considered taking for so long now. Spring Break is the perfect time to add a new exercise regimen to your life, and yoga is very spring-y. Not to mention, you will build towards that strong summer core you have been craving.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/04\/5-fun-ways-to-enjoy-an-adult-spring-break\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-97451\" alt=\"dance\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/dance-e1397502348518.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"600\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Dance!<\/strong><br \/>\nIt seems like I have been <strong><a title=\"DWTS season 18 begins\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/03\/dancing-with-the-stars-season-18-begins\/\">pushing the dance craze<\/a><\/strong> lately, but I think anyone who doesn&#8217;t dance is missing out on some fun! Dancing is so good for your cardiovascular health, and it is SO easy, as well. Even if you are too shy to dance in a class, all you have to do is pull up your blinds, turn up YOUR jams, and dance until you&#8217;ve had enough. (Mine usually ends in laughter.) Come on, try it out.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/04\/5-fun-ways-to-enjoy-an-adult-spring-break\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-97455\" alt=\"frozen-talenti-sangria\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/frozen-talenti-sangria.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"403\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Have a nice cocktail.<\/strong><br \/>\nNow I would be lying to you if I called this a fun Spring Break without a drink in your hand. Go outside!<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you live anywhere near where I live\u2014the Pacific Northwest\u2014spring is not the most dependable of seasons as far as soaking up the sun goes. But regardless of the weather, getting outside is so good for you. Get out there and soak up the sun, or at least some fresh air!
