When I worked from home I snacked on whatever was available, which was usually <strong><a title=\"fruit most popular snack\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/02\/try-americas-hottest-and-healthiest-snack-food-fresh-fruit\/\">fruit<\/a><\/strong> or <strong><a title=\"why you should eat more nuts\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/12\/why-should-you-eat-more-nuts-enjoy-9-tasty-and-healthy-reasons\/\">nuts<\/a><\/strong>. Oops!<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"chocolate croissant\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/05\/work-it-off-3-ways-to-burn-off-the-350-calories-in-a-chocolate-croissant\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-97759\" alt=\"choc croissant\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/choc-croissant-e1398456457745.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Of course, my coffee shop routine didn&#8217;t start out this way. At first I ate a chocolate croissant every few outings, but before long this turned into an each and every time splurge. (Clearly I didn&#8217;t read this article on <strong><a title=\"Choosing healthy coffee shop snacks\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/07\/how-to-choose-healthy-eats-and-drinks-at-a-coffee-house\/\">choosing healthy snacks at a coffee shop<\/a><\/strong>!) So I changed course and started working from home more. But after several months of this new routine I decided that I needed a change of scenery.<\/p>\n<p>This past week I returned to my favorite coffee shop and, for old times sake, ordered my favorite baked good of all, a chocolate croissant.
