It was basically a &#8220;<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.shape.com\/lifestyle\/mind-and-body\/22-things-fit-women-over-age-30-experience%20?utm_source=dietsinreview&amp;utm_medium=partnership&amp;utm_campaign=site%20?utm_source=dietsinreview&amp;utm_medium=partnership&amp;utm_campaign=twitter%20?utm_source=dietsinreview&amp;utm_medium=partnership&amp;utm_campaign=facebook\" target=\"_blank\">Sure Signs You&#8217;re Over 30<\/a><\/strong>&#8221; story for fitness junkies and the assessment was spot-on. They wrote about how us older gals may be up at 5AM, but it&#8217;s to head out on a run, not to stumble home from a big night out. Or how massages are now a part of our maintenance routines, not just an occasional indulgence.<\/p>\n<p>The article was truly amazing and a must-read for anyone who&#8217;s still going strong after the big 3-0. In fact, I couldn&#8217;t help but be inspired to think of my own amended version last night while in my favorite indoor cycling class. With the lights out and the music thumping I thought back to those fun nights 10+ years ago, which in no way resemble my &#8220;Game of Thrones&#8221; fueled evenings now.<\/p>\n<p>Those were the days! But boy am I glad they&#8217;re over. At any rate, without further ado, here are 6 things that never change, whether you&#8217;re a dance club kid or an <strong><a title=\"Signs you're addicted to indoor cycling\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/04\/9-signs-youre-addicted-to-indoor-cycling\/\">indoor cycling class queen<\/a><\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/06\/6-ways-clubbing-in-your-20s-prepped-you-for-cycling-in-your-30s\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-98611\" alt=\"cycle shorts\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/cycle-shorts-e1402088799846.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"394\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In cycling class you still worry about what your butt looks like. Only this time it&#8217;s water dribbling down your chin and onto your spandex top, not <strong><a title=\"diet vodka\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/12\/the-diet-booze-trend-continues-with-fergies-endorsement-of-voli-vodka\/\">vodka<\/a><\/strong> red bull. But in the gym you know it means it&#8217;s time to grind gears up a hill whereas in the club it meant you would grind\u2026 well\u2026 never mind.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/06\/6-ways-clubbing-in-your-20s-prepped-you-for-cycling-in-your-30s\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-98615\" alt=\"instructor\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/instructor-e1402088452984.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>You can&#8217;t exactly hear what the cute guy is saying to you\u2014in this case your instructor, who makes a lot of jokes during the ride\u2014but you smile along anyway.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/06\/6-ways-clubbing-in-your-20s-prepped-you-for-cycling-in-your-30s\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-98610\" alt=\"cycle heels\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/cycle-heels-e1402088518543.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>You still wear super tight and uncomfortable shoes. But at least cycling shoes don&#8217;t have heels!
