The country singer, age 30, recently dropped an estimated 45 pounds, according to Us Weekly magazine. This new look comes just in time for the release of her latest album, &#8220;Platinum&#8221;, which dropped June 3rd.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/06\/miranda-lamberts-45-pound-weight-loss-secrets\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-98642 aligncenter\" alt=\"u1009_COVER-467\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/u1009_COVER-467.jpg\" width=\"467\" height=\"635\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/u1009_COVER-467.jpg 467w, https:\/\/dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/u1009_COVER-467-220x300.jpg 220w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 467px) 100vw, 467px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>How did she do it? With a little help and a lot of common sense.<\/p>\n<p>Lambert tells <em>Us Weekly<\/em> that she decided to lose weight after a few unflattering photos of her were picked up by tabloids. (You know how you feel when a friend tags a bad photo of you on Facebook? Imagine that, only way, way worse!) So she tried <strong><a title=\"Nutrisystem\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diets\/nutrisystem\/\">Nutrisystem<\/a> <\/strong>to jumpstart her diet but eventually decided that following a balanced diet and increasing her exercise routine were ultimately the right options for her.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Specifically, she&#8217;s eating more high fiber foods, like fruits and vegetables, grilled chicken and nuts and limiting high-calorie less healthy favorites like cheetos and fried chicken. She&#8217;s also paying attention to portion size, basically cutting her old meals in half.<\/p>\n<p>But it&#8217;s her workout routine that&#8217;s our favorite part of the story: According to <em>Us Weekly<\/em>, Miranda is putting herself through the paces without a trainer, doing her own workout of running, walking, stairs, and more. (Like the rest of us, she knows what to do\u2014it&#8217;s just a matter of doing it!) Plus, she does this all while jamming out to <strong><a title=\"Britney Spears ab workout\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/videos\/britney-spears-ab-workout\/\">Britney Spears<\/a><\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s right. Even Miranda Lambert can&#8217;t help but move a little bigger, harder, and faster with Britney coming out of the speakers. As she told the magazine: \u201cIf I put on Britney, I can picture Britney\u2019s body, and I\u2019m like, \u2018Oh! Faster!\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Still, Lambert&#8217;s songs are great for the gym.
