But because it&#8217;s mainly carbs and sugar\u2014as in, lacking in protein, fiber, and most nutrients\u2014I don&#8217;t order it all that often. But the other morning I made an exception and ordered up a plate. It was delicious. Don&#8217;t get me wrong\u2014it was no <strong><a title=\"Banana bread french toast recipe\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/12\/banana-bread-french-toast-will-make-your-breakfast-weak-in-the-knees\/\">Banana Bread French Toast<\/a>\u2014<\/strong>but it was still super tasty. Thick challah bread, tasty Vermont maple syrup, and lots of <strong><a title=\"berry benefits\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/07\/berry-bliss-4-ways-to-boost-your-antioxidant-intake\/\">fresh berries<\/a> <\/strong>on top.
