He also cautioned against drinks and snack foods containing <strong><a title=\"no to sports drinks\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dietsinreview.com\/diet_column\/05\/sports-drinks-bad-for-kids-health-and-behavior\/\">artificial dyes and refined sugar<\/a><\/strong>. Eggs are rich in both protein and healthy fats. Dr. Kantor suggests packing a variety of healthy finger foods. \u201cA bento box with a turkey sandwich on Ezekiel bread with fresh blueberries, baby carrots, hummus for dipping and a small handful of cocoa dusted almonds is a perfect lunch.
