With the launch of our new community, MyDIR, in January, we promised to continually work to provide more utility to help you manage your weight loss. We're proud to share that the MyDIR Weight Loss Tracker is now live and available to help you reach your goals.
Just log-in to your account, choose the tracker and simply add your current weight, height, gender and the goal you're working toward. Then keep it updated with your healthy habits and newest weight each time you log-in and you'll be able to monitor your weight loss. You can even choose to make your progress bar public to show everyone how hard you're working!
