Ahhh the lazy days of summer are upon us, and with some parts of the country surviving record-setting heat, the last thing you may want to do is get up and move. But that's exactly what Courtney Crozier, our new Biggest Loser Correspondent, wants you to do - move!
She's spending the entire summer with DIR motivating everyone to take part in Courtney's Summer Challenge. Now in our third week, with nine to go, it's a simple way to make sure you don't send your healthy habits off for a little R&R.

Last week Courtney encouraged us to eat more vegetables at each meal during the day. If you struggle to fit them in at breakfast, this simple scramble uses bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, and spinach for a strong start to your day.
Buy a pack of Wholly Guacamole, made with real Haas avocados, and add green chilies, onions, and lemon juice to make it something exceptional. Then, use it to replace mayo on sandwiches, dip veggies, or top that egg white scramble!
