Matt’s Fitness Tip

Matt

Staying Hydrated
During the hot summer months the body sweats profusely to cool the body temperature. Thus, staying hydrated will allow the body to work more efficiently. It is recommended that you intake at least 64 ounces a day, but I recommend at least 90 ounces a day if you are physically active. If you are thirsty, you are dehydrated. Try and keep a bottle of water with you during the day so you remember to drink your daily amount.
