The last 4+ years I have slowly gained back all the weight I lost.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I feel better when I'm thinner. I have more energy and I like myself better.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Treadmill 3X a week
  • Strength training 3X a week
  • Biking to work in the nice weather

My favorite activity at the gym is:
