About Me:

HI. my name is mary sipes, I have two kids, I am a stay at home mom. so it's really hard to lose weight. I have no motivation.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • my goal is to lose 150 pounds.
  • to be able to play sports with my kids
  • to fill better about myself

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to be able to watch my kids grow up,i want to grow old with my husband, and I want to feel sexy again.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • stopped drinking sodas and drink water now

My favorite activity at the gym is:

cardio,benchpresses

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • is my children
