I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to grow older with my husband and be around to see my grandchildren have children..

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Drink mostly water.
  • Carry healthy snacks.
  • Weigh every morning to keep tabs.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Being married to a wonderful man for 41 years.
