This changes weekly. Some weeks I am ok with it and some weeks it makes me sad

My favorite healthy food:

Fruit of all kinds
Yogurt

My guiltiest pleasure:

Red Meat
Soda

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

It is harder for me to walk as I have bad knees and the weight is effecting my mobility

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Stopped drinking soda and drink only water
  • Don't eat after 7pm

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Treadmill

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • My Children
  • My Relationship with my husband
  • Getting to my goal weight and keeping it off
