The PureFoods Low Carb meal delivery plan is different from other meal-delivery programs because its emphasis is on offering you low carbohydrate foods. And as many of you who have tried a low-carb diet, food preparation and variety can become stale soon. In addition to controlling your carbohydrate intake, the PureFoods Low Carb portions are also closely controlled to ensure that you're not eating too much.
You can select between a meal program that gives you 20 grams or 40 grams of net carbohydrates each day. When you select your meals you can eliminate certain ingredients or flavors that you don't want to or can't consume because of food allergies or personal preferences. There is also a maintenance program, which provides you with five days worth of meals once you've reached your desired weight. Even though you receive food weekly, when you sign up, you are automatically enrolled in the 28-day PureFoods Low Carb program.

To ensure variety, weekly delivery programs have a rotating menu to provide either 20 or 40 grams of total daily net carbs. You can choose from 14 different delicious breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.
Each week, you'll receive your PureFoods Low Carb meals in a package that is packaged in a way that is similar to a bag of fresh lettuce that can be bought at the grocery store. Meals are therefore not frozen and are to be kept in your refrigerator until you're ready to eat them. Meals can then be heated in the microwave for a few minutes.
Food selections include vegetable omelets, turkey ratatouille, tuna nicoise salad and caramel nut chews. If you're a vegetarian, there are very limited options for meals that don't include meat, poultry or fish.
There is no exercise routine that you are requested to follow on the PureFoods Low Carb but no diet is successful without a consistent exercise component to it. PureFoods Low Carb has a supportive customer service staff that is on hand to answer your questions and offer you tips so that you can meet your health goal.
If you're a low carbohydrate devotee and despise counting your net carb grams each day, the PureFoods Low Carb meal-delivery program might be an option for you as long as you are willing to spend the money on the program. The PureFoods Low Carb plan is much pricier than other meal-delivery programs and that is primarily due to the specialized eating that this plan includes. Vegetarians and vegans beware: This program offers slim pickings for those naysayers to meat, fish, poultry and eggs.
The ease and convenience of meal-delivery programs like the PureFoods Low Carb program cannot be underestimated, but since they don't teach you how to prepare your own meals, once you’re done with the program you are left to educate yourself on the ins and outs of how to maintain your figure and still eat.

I am Celiac (no wheat, gluten, rye, barley, oats) and they have a great delivery plan for people who are gluten free. The food was delivered once per week, easily stored in my refridgerator. I did it for 12 weeks. The food is actually REAL FOOD, nothing dried, no preservatives. I would highly recommend. They are also one of the most affordable delivery options out there.
