I'm 50 lbs from size 0 to a size 10.I can't do my ballet. Walk like before. junk food crazy ! My ? Is on the show they promised a dress size in 6 weeks.But after the next 6 weeks will u continue to drop 6 weeks for u until u lose 50 pounds ?
