-I haven't read any of the Skinny Bitch books but I just purchased the Boot Camp dvd and it is without a doubt probably the worst workout dvd I have ever seen or done. There is far too much talking going on which is distracting, obnoxious and annoying, the routine is not challenging and very fractured and I'm not even sure why they bothered with music since they don't follow along with it very well. Overall, if I had flushed my money down the toilet it would have gone a lot further.

-I love everything about the Skinny Bitch diet books. I think they give you the cold hard truth about eating healthy and about the lies other diet programs and especially the government tells us about our food. However, the fitness DVDS are a huge disappointment. I am a workout DVD queen, I've tried everything out there, and this did just not measure up. The workouts are too easy, the queing is strange, the cutscenes are confusing, and ...it's just not that good. The only thing I like about it is that it's pretty long--most DVDS are about 30 minutes and that's it. I hate to be so negative about such a great product line but don't waste your money.
