Hey Coleen, Most of all I want to tell you congratulations on your weight loss success! I’m almost 23 and for the first time in my life something really sparked in me to start working out. I’ve been wanting to do it every day so far for the last week and a half. I’ve lost 11lbs so far and very excited about it. I’ve cut my calories down to less than 1500 a day where in the past I’d eat three double cheeseburgers from McDonalds in one sitting. I am so embarassed and ashamed to admit that, but knowing that is not who I am anymore, I just don’t care. I’m on the road to weight loss sucess and am looking forward to being skinny for the first time in my life. I’m really struggling with meals for breakfast and dinner though. I eat the same thing every single day and am getting to the point that I can’t really enjoy my meals. I love meat such as steak and ground beef and just can’t seem stuff like that into my meal plan. Do you have any suggestions on what I can eat that is GOOD and healthy so that I can enjoy my food again? Please let me know. Also, I am a huge fan of yours and YOU are my inspiration. My question is, do you have a personal mantra that you use to keep motivated?..somethign you say over and over to keep you going.
Motivation is my killer, I have the biggest loser DVDs but I rarely do them.
Congrats on this amzing acheivement, I Im trying to do the same!
