Jillian Michaels, America’s premier fitness trainer, has just released a brand new free app for iPhone. Called Fitness Motivation, the application features the well-known trainer doing what she does best – helping the public shed pounds and inches in a safe, effective manner.
I’ve been a big fan of Jillian Michaels ever since I began my fitness quest. One of my dreams would be to have a session with her. Realistically, that will probably never happen – this app is the closest that I will ever get. This app covers a lot of ground, and is prefect for those who are just starting out in their fitness endeavors, or even the more seasoned. With tools to track your workouts, a distance log and a gauge to determine your calories burned, there isn’t much missing. There is a GPS that works with your iPhone (iPod, iTouch or even iPad) to help you plot your routes, and help you determine when you need to ramp up the intensity.
