The brand new season of Biggest Loser is here, and I couldn’t be more excited! From week to week I will be doing a video blog in which I will be commentating on what’s happening on the show. Having been on the show myself, I know that there is more than meets the eye, so be sure to not only tune into the show, but also my blog. I’d like to also encourage all of you Biggest Loser fans to view this new season as motivation to start leading a more active and healthy life. This month I’ve watched two seasons of TBL and found the show to be incredibly motivational.
While I’ve been dieting and exercising for the past six months and had lost about 11 lbs over the six months, this month due to my TBL marathons I’ve really stepped up my focus on getting healthy.
Just this month alone I’ve managed to bump up exercise from 2-3x per week for 30 min to 6x per week for 30 mins. I’ve also gotten a lot better at eating healthy. Thanks to the inspiration and to my decision to finally focus on it, I’ve managed to lose 9 lbs this month alone.
Bernie, you’re truly a huge motivation. I’m extremely happy that you won the at-home contest and you and Brittney were my favorite team.
