The ING New York City Marathon Health And Fitness Expo is coming to town November 4th through 6th. The famous NYC Marathon is on Nov. 7th and every participant is required to pick up his or her registration materials at the expo. The marathon is scheduled to start at 8:30 A.M. for the wheelchair division and other start times are every thirty minutes after that due to the large number of runners– over 45,000.
The expo is free, open to public and full of things to learn, see, and buy. There will be over a hundred vendors present to provide health and fitness samples, medical and marathon advice, and marathon souvenirs. The expo is taking place at the Jacob Javits Convention Center, Hall 3E, which is located on 11th Avenue at 35th Street, Manhattan. Expo hours are Thursday and Friday, the 4Th and 5Th from 10 A.M. to 8 P.M. with last number pick up at 7 P.M., and Saturday the 6Th from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. with last number pick up at 5 P.M.

- 8:30 A.M.: Wheelchair division
- 9:10 A.M.: Professional Women
- 9:40 A.M.: Wave 1 (Professional Men Plus 15,000 Runners)
- 10:10 A.M.: Wave 2 (Next 15,000 Runners)
- 10:40 A.M.: Wave 3 (Last 15,000 Runners)
