Yes You Can! Diet Plan Ingredients and Side Effects

Provided below are some key ingredients found in the Yes You Can! Diet Plan supplements:

Caffeine Green Tea Extract 5-HTP Chromium Picolinate Whey Protein
Uva Ursi Leaf Spirulina Juniper Berry Hydrolyzed Gelatin Artificial Flavors
Sucralose Potassium Citrate Calcium Caseinate Non Fat Milk GABA

Caffeine: Common stimulant added to help increase mental focus and raise metabolism. Caution must be exercised due to its potential side effects such as:

  • Rapid heart rate, insomnia, and nausea.
  • Difficulty relaxing, trembling, and muscle shakes.
  • Mood swings, irritability, and difficulty concentrating.
  • Heart attack, paranoia, and ill feelings.

It’s not mentioned exactly how much caffeine is added. This makes it impossible to know whether or not they include it in safe dosage strengths.

This can also potentially cause complications for those who take in caffeine from other sources. Without knowledge about the official amount, it’s impossible to determine whether or not it would be safe for everyone.

5-HTP: Chemical that is extracted from tryptophan. It works by increasing serotonin in the brain and nervous system. Potential side effects may include:

  • Muscle issues, drowsiness, and heartburn.
  • Diarrhea, nausea, and stomach pain.
  • Mood swings, depression, and irritability.

Dosing the proper amount for each person’s demands is important to avoid potential side effects. There is an increased risk for mental issues if one is not careful of the strength.

Our review experts have crafted a list of the top ranked weight loss diets.

Spirulina: Known as blue-green algae, it is used due to its vitamins and minerals. Due to it being extracted from water, there’s a possibility for contamination.

Web MD adds how it may contain:

“liver-damaging substances called microcystins, toxic metals, and harmful bacteria”

Potential side effects from this include:

  • Stomach pain, indigestion, and nausea.
  • Vomiting, shock, and extreme thirst.
  • Rapid heartbeat, liver damage, and death.

In order to be considered safe, it has to be extracted from clean waters and tested. No information is provided about whether or not the manufacturers test their Spirulina.

Hydrolyzed Gelatin: Tissue extracted from animals which can be in the form of bones or skin. It’s a cheap amino acid source that is used to replace more expensive forms of protein.

There’s a possibility for contamination which may cause serious side effects that includes:

  • Vomiting, indigestion, and nausea.
  • Headaches, flu like symptoms, and muscle cramps.
  • Diarrhea, flush skin, and difficulty relaxing.

Any kinds of symptoms related to this ingredient may be the signs of a serious contamination. This is why it needs to be tested and ensured to come from a clean and safe source.

Sucralose: Artificial sweetener that provides no calories and is up to 1,000 times sweeter than simple sugar. A clinical study conducted by North Carolina State University which found:

“sucralose may alter glucose, insulin, and glucagon-like peptide 1”

Although this ingredient is claimed to be superior to sugar, it has been shown in studies to have potentially harmful effects. For a comprehensive list of the top ranked weight loss diets, click the link here.

Yes You Can! Diet Plan Quality of Ingredients

A concerning fact about the ingredients is that the makers have failed to add a list of what’s added to the Yes You Can! Diet Plan supplements. When looking at their website they only mention either 2 or no key ingredients.

In researching online there were some users who did post the supplement facts. Many cheap additives are included such as artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, cheap protein, stimulants, and many potentially harmful additives.

The overall quality of ingredients is low due to the cheap additives. Much of what’s used is also commonly found in similar brands.

The Price and Quality of Yes You Can! Diet Plan

There are different prices depending on the kit one chooses. The most comprehensive On The Go 60 which lasts a month when taken at 2 meals a day sells for $283.79.

This includes a meal replacement shake, nutrition guide, collagen pills, appetite suppressant, slim down metabolism booster, and a colon support supplement.

While this seems comprehensive, some of these have no ingredients list to showcase exactly what’s inside. Only some of the supplements have their ingredients listed online, and not from the official website.

What is known about the ingredients is that many of them are artificial and cheap in value. So you’re paying a high price for what could be a supplement with cheap additives. It is known that their meal replacement shake has:

  • 210 calories per serving.
  • 4 grams of dietary fiber.
  • 20 grams of protein.

This is a lot of calories and unfortunately though the protein is high, there’s a possibility some of this is cheaper collagen.

There are too many unanswered questions about the quality of ingredients to determine whether or not all the ingredients are wholesome.

When purchasing any brand it’s important to verify the ingredients to ensure one is buying something of quality. Without this important information it makes it impossible to judge whether or not it would be safe, effective, or priced fairly.

Customer Opinions of Yes You Can! Diet Plan

Here are some select reviews from online customers:

“I was hungry all the time and I feel bad spending $200 bucks on nothing, I really wish I could get my money back”

“tried it for an entire month and it not lose one pound”

“I became so sick that I had to get a cat scan due to headaches and blurry vision”

“I lost the same amount of weight I would have lost with simple diet and exercise”

The main complaint people had was that they failed to notice any change in weight. Some people also experienced headaches that included nausea, headaches, stomach cramps and indigestion.

It’s clear when looking at reviews that some are not real. This is because they often come from unverified customers on Amazon.com which may be untruthful.

The reviews that were verified were mostly negative however. The high price was a major reason why people didn’t like this diet plan. People added that for what you’re paying, there’s nowhere near the results expected. Discover which weight loss diets were rated as the best by clicking this link.

Conclusion – Does Yes You Can! Diet Plan Work?

The Yes You Can! Diet Plan claims to offer a comprehensive weight loss kit. While there are many different options, they fail to provide an ingredients list. Some of these products have no information as to what’s inside. In researching the ingredients it was found that they use many common additives found in similar products. This includes potentially harmful and cheap ingredients. Many customers have given these negative reviews and stated it’s overpriced. Did the pills help

Marisol Valdivia says:

I was disappointed of the taste. The vanilla shake is extremely sweet, it gave my mom, daughter and myself, nausea to the point of vomiting, stomach aid, headache and palpitations. I never would have thought that a dieting product would be be so sweet if usually they recomend for you leave sugars. I not saying that it doesn’t work, but it would be nice if they could improve the taste, and make it cafeine and lactose free.
