Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients
- 2c Beans, mashed
2c Rice Wheatberrie Bake
1T Flax Seed,ground
1 small Banana, mashed
1t ground cumin seed
2t Chili powder
1t Basil
1t Onion powder
1t Salt
1T Olive Oil
Directions
Mash beans and banana.
Add all ingredients except oil. Place in refrigerator for about 15 minutes. this helps the burgers hold together.
Oil hands and shape into 8 burgers. Cook in pan slightly coated with oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes per side or until crunchy.

I normally buy mine frozen but this looks easy enough that I want to try to make my own.
