Week 4 Mini Challenge: 100 Calories or Less

This week we want to see which meals and snacks you can make yourself that are satisfying and filling and boast 100 calories or less. Don’t scoff, they’re out there, and as Chef Devin shows in this video they aren’t in those “convenient” packages at the grocery store.

Devin says part of her successful weight loss was recognizing that by cutting a little bit here and there, even a mere 100 calories a day, you can still eat the foods you love.

Take this mini challenge and join week four of the Cook at Home challenge by submitting your entry.

Need more incentive? Every entry made this week is not only eligible for the Healthy Kitchen Makeover grand prize, but one challenger will be drawn this week to win a BodyBugg, valued at $249.00. See the prizes.

Wow, I can't believe those dishes have 100 cals or less. Definitely will have to try those!
