Beyonce is known for being a tireless worker, so it’s no surprise she’s not wasting any time shedding her baby weight. Earlier this month, Beyonce’s post-baby body wowed fans at an appearance she made at Carnegie Hall in New York City.
To help the superstar return to her pre-baby body, personal trainer Marco Borges has moved in. The live-in trainer leads Beyonce through a two-hour workout at 5:00 in the morning, and then repeats the process twelve hours later at 5:00 PM. The workout consists of a mix of cardio, plyometrics, Pilates and dance. She’s fueling her workouts with six small meals spread throughout the day, and careful to eat plenty of protein.
Beyonce’s post-baby body is looking so hot that rumors have spread that Beyonce and Jay-Z used a surrogate mother to carry their child, however, four hours of working out per day could certainly account for getting into great shape fast. The star reportedly hopes to weigh 128 pounds by early March, down from 170 pounds after giving birth in January. No doubt many health experts will criticize such rapid weight loss, which can be hard on the health of both mother and child.
However, it should also be kept in mind that the singer didn’t give in to bad eating habits while carrying Blue Ivy. Beyonce minimized her pregnancy weight gain with a mostly vegan diet and kept very active.
