Dempsey is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Registered Yoga Instructor. When a debilitating gastric condition left her digestive track paralyzed, the energetic one-time athlete was left sidelined, struggling to get well. Through her treatments, Dempsey discovered that regular exercise and eating well were crucial to her recovery, re-igniting a passion for fitness and healthy living. Now Dempsey makes it her mission to help others, providing the tools, motivation and inspiration to lead healthy balanced lives. She is also enjoying the thrill of competition, having completed numerous half marathons and triathlons, and is currently training for the Ironman 70.3.
