Thanks to Biggest Loser, Jillian Michaels is a house-hold name here in the U.S. and in many locations abroad. She has the strongest win record of her rival trainers, Bob Harper and the former Kim Lyons. Bob has even called her the best trainer in the world.
Her personality outweighs her petite 5’2″, 115 pound frame and she dominates her Biggest Loser contestants in the gym. Having experienced her own personal trials with being overweight, she knows exactly how to work with her team to help them overcome and successfully lose weight.
You might think a big celebrity trainer like Jillian is too far out of your reach- but she’s not. Jillian is also quite the business woman and has a suite of products and services that bring her expertise right into your home.

I watch The Biggest Looser all the time. I need HELP with getting this weight off from my body. I have MS and I am tired alot , so I would rather sleep than eat. I do workout @ the gym but nothing is working for me. Can you help me?
What have you been doing at the gym? After a while, your body starts to adapt to your workouts so you need to swtich it up on a regular basis. You can either increase the intensity, duration of your workouts, how often you workout, change the exercises, or the reps and sets.
Well first off I would recommend you finding a registered dietitian/nutritionist in your area to work with. They can provide you with direct and exact feedback of what you are currently doing and what changes you can make to improve your diet, health, and help you loose some weight.
I recommend eating smaller frequent meals that are nutritionally dense. Try some of these basic tips below:
-eating as much fresh fruits and vegetables as you can
-eat low-fat or fat-free dairy items
-focus on whole-grains and whole-wheat rather then plain white bread or pasta
-try to drink water most of the time instead of juices, sodas, diet sodas, etc
Stay determined and motivated! You can do it! Good luck 🙂
