The best way to lose weight is not to eat too much carbohydrates, junk food/ soft drink, juice. no added sugar in tea or coffee. Exercise even you got no time. I watch TV while exercising. Take less fat, salt and sugar intake will make a lot of difference. Everything in moderation.
Awful company to deal with!! I first got signed onto their trial of leptigen and that did absolutely nothing for me so they talked me into trying diet spotlight. I was one day short of canceling this one as this too did nothing at all. Unfortunately that one day cost me $94.95!!! I was able to get a refund but I had to get ugly and ask for a manager. The manager was immediately helpful and nice but the first customer service person’s job is to make sure you give up. I had to wait extremely long for a manager to get on line.
I have been seeing my doctor regularly for skin issues so he was alarmed that, after years of low normal readings and only 4 days of using Dietspotlightburn, I suddenly had clinical hypertension (blood pressure over 140/90). It took me a couple of days to remember what I had changed because I’ve used both ephedrine, when it was legal, and ephedra products with no alarming change in b.p. First and foremost, Dietspotlight is another diet scam. It doesn’t work and it costs too much. Secondly, I tried to cancel my subscription twice, but “they didn’t get my request” so they continued to send and charge me for the pills. I finally spoke to a “manager” who said he cancelled my subscription. I asked if I could send back the sealed and unopened pills for a refund and he refused. I had some in it’s original packaging that we just received two days ago and he said if I send those back he would give me half of a refund for that order. I of course argued that I left a message on their website and called to cancel and I should not have to pay for any of it! They are unethical and their product is a joke! Just ONE capsule of this product made me feel like I had taken a poison! I began to sweat profusely, then felt dizziness, headache and nausea. I ordered the trial sample for $3.95 (this nominal charge is to get your credit card info of course) Upon receipt of the sample I realized that they were going to automatically send another months supply in just a few days unless I cancelled. When I tried to call them (from two different phones) the phone did not ring on their end. I tried calling all that day and again the following day with the same result. Finally, I called US Cellular, my cell phone carrier, and they were able to patch my call through to these people. The rep that I spoke to was quite surprised to hear from me so soon after my order (I”ll bet he was). He tried to talk me into another 15 day supply at no cost. I am sure this is to ensure the 15 days elapses so that an order will be shipped. I did finally receive an email from them confirming my cancellation. However, I do not trust them and I will place a stop payment on my debit card. It is unbelievable that this scam has not been stopped.

I received my order today after ordering it about 8 days ago. After talking to my dr and looking over the costs, I decided to call and cancel. The first person I spoke to completely dominated the conversation and would not let me speak. He said do you think $30 a month is too expensive? This product does nothing, it’s a placebo and total scam, I also fell for it and then got charged for the next bottle, the customer service guy couldn’t care less, you can tell they deal with frustrated people all day.
Did absolutely nothing! And they automatically send you first month with authorization… claims it’s in the fine print! Scam!
So you are aware I also got caught in this scam. I ordered the tester pack and then cancelled the unexpected plan by phone (I still have a record of the call in my phone log) when I found out about it when the product arrived. Money however was debited from my account sometime after this and more produce sent (which I think is stuck in customs anyway as I did not order it!). I spoke with customer services again today and the guy I spoke to sounded similar to the guy I spoke to previously. He was very difficult to speak to and suggested today that maybe the call I have proof of was me waiting on the phone and then I gave up as never got to speak to them. When I was on the phone with them for that first time he confirmed that the order was cancelled. This time he said I should have been sent email confirmation … which i obviously was not. Luckily he sent cancellation confirmation to me today now he has my money. My bank is investigating.

This product is a scam called and canceled like many others and they still charged my card upon contacting them they were extremely unprofessional on the phone and ended up hanging up on me. Currently working with my card company to cancel transaction. Do not try this product
This is a SCAM!! They delay shipment so you get it and you are more than half way through your trial and then ship you the first month for $95 and you cannot get a refund. When I did take this it upset my stomach and I felt like I drank 3 cups of coffee. Its a shame companies like this are not out to do the right thing and instead look for ways to scam you.
DO NOT BUY!!! I tried the free sample and 14 days later they sent me a full bottle at the cost of $80. I called customer care to say that I did not like the sample because it made me physically ill. The customer service rep was very rude and does not let you get a word in. When I finally got to speak to tell him I wanted my money back he said there are no refunds because they cannot resell the productt. Their website says there is a 120 day money back guaranty so we told them that and they said it doesn’t apply to what I have. Well I have exactly what is on the website right below the 120 day money back guaranty. They told me that I didn’t buy there product from their website. I told them that I have a confirmation when I bought it from their website. They told us no refunds.
The customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered. Save yourself the frustration and do not buy!

I too was taken in with try another 2 week sample. I canceled twice and I was told it was cancelled. I will keep an eye on my card. I also gave a heads up to my credit card company and the name of the company. So if there is a dispute, the card company is aware of the fraudulent activities. I just happen to fall on this site as I was researching this product further.
The above comments have fortunately made me run away fast with credit card safe and snug in my wallet! It’s clearly yet another way to get honest, hard working folk to part with their money!

Call your bank and change your card number. If it is a debit card.
Call the credit card company and request a new card with a different number.
I took this for 2 weeks and then got very sick – went to the ER – chest pains, nausea, vomiting, fever….horrible stuff!
Seems to be a trend. Ordered the trial, cancelled the next day… still charged me $95 for the subscription and wouldn’t refund until after I shipped the pills back.
I cancelled my account by email on a Thursday, stating I wanted the account closed IMMEDIATELY. I received an email quickly stating that I needed to call a number right away to cancel for “security reasons.” I tried to call numerous times but everyone was busy. I work so I couldn’t be waiting on the line for long. Sure enough, Saturday morning, I wake up to $95 removed from my account!!! Of course, they aren’t open again until Monday morning. So I called Monday and they already shipped the bottle and even if I send it back, they will not refund my money at all!!! What a sneaky way to cheat people and show terrible customer service. I will be sure to let everyone I know that this company has NO sense of Customer Service and will do all they can to steal money from others.

Then they had the verve to take $95 out of my account and of course they said that it was shipped on Saturday, and a week later I just received the “sample” … the customer service, or the lack there of, is just really bad business! This is a complete scam. The pills made me jittery. The “guarantee” to lose weight requires you to stay under a certain number of calories a day and exercise 5 x a week – those things alone will allow you to lose weight – the pills are not necessary.
Add to that they auto-membership in their monthly OVER PRICED program if you don’t notice the directions to cancel within 15 days of the free trial order…. causing you to be charged $95.90 for a 30 day supply (WAY overpriced for a bad product) – this is a hussle in every way.
When I called, they did cancel my membership that automatically began. But would not refund the $95.90. I told him I would just dispute with my bank, and he said they would tell the bank I had agreed to the conditions, so would not be refunded. NICE. So, I’ve disputed – will see what happens next. I did sent the 30 day supply back refused and shipping packaging unopened. Seriously. This is such a scam.

I get how these things work and how they will auto debit you if you don’t cancel….Well I called and spoke to a kind sales person and let them know that I wanted to cancel since I didn’t want to pay the $89 per month for this. He said that would be fine and that he will send me out another 2 week trial and if I decided I wanted more that I should call back in and purchase it from them direct instead of the web page because it would be cheaper than $89 a month…..Well, I still got charged $89. Don’t waste your time. Go to GNC and talk to someone who you can go and talk to face to face if they lie to you.

Not only did they refuse to give me my money back for pills I didn’t order. But they kept changing their story on where it said “I was subscribed” after the free trial . first he said in my conformation email (never recieved) then he changed it to say its on the page where you get the free trial. Which I went back and checked, it isn’t. I never got emails back when I tried emailing them. Thanks to this site I saw it was a scam and tried to cancel immediately. Not only was I put on hold for 20 minutes. I emailed and got nothing back. When I finally spoke to a representative they cussed me out, refused to give me a refund even after I pointed out that it says clear as day that I can get one, changed his story again about how they don’t offer them, refused to close my account down , then refused to let me talk and ask questions so I can figure out where I went wrong and how to fix it- instead he belittled me called me dumb and a bitch and told me to shut up and let him speak. I only got 2 words in the whole time mind you. They wouldn’t let me ship the unused unopened product back even though again the website says I can. He said I have to keep it and that they’ll refuse it from me as a means to continue to charge me. He then said the reason why my emails werent being replied to was because they don’t have time to check their emails. Which is bullshit. I also mentioned I tried calling several times in which he said its not his issue I’m stupid. I called my bank and they indeed said that they are a scam and I’m not the only person who’s had issues with them. Do not order from them. While most places are happy to work with you especially when you offer to send the product back and pay the additional fee to do so so long as you get your money back , they Litterally refused to not only allow me to get my refund but to close my account I didn’t know I even had. I had the same thing happen to me. I called and emailed and they charged me twice. My bank got the money back from them. I put in two disputes on it and the company on the phone was rude to me and acted like I ordered their product when I didn’t. All I did was go on their web page and read it. If you have an I phone it saves your card information that you use with your phone and sites pick it up and can use your card. Then after all this they sent me some of their product which I tried one and was throwing up for a week after just one. I advise no one to take these and beware of anything online that you don’t know where it’s actually coming from or what is in it. I looked it up and there have been many deaths from on line vitamins.
TOTAL SCAM! I ordered the free sample which came quickly. Four days later I called to cancel the subscription. 2 weeks later I was charged $95! I immediately called and was told unfortunately they cannot refund my money. After stating my case, hr then said he will try to find my recorded call. When he comes back he told me that he had found it and I did agree to continue the subscription. A complete LIE!! I said I would like to hear this call, why would I agree to something I was calling to cancel, something I don’t want!? He offered $25 off next order and said that’s all he could do. I refused, again I don’t want the product! After asking if I send the product back, I’ll even send back the sample, will they refund me. I got put on hold, and when he comes back I am told send the product back. When they receive it, I will be refunded my money. Here we are a week and a half later and I still have not received this “priority shipped” product! Something tells me after I called they cancelled shipment!! Horrible customer service and very expensive product. After receiving my “free” product and then tried to cancel, they said my charges for $18 and $91 will still apply to my credit card and I could not send back my unopened product that was sent to me without my request. I was told by Kevin, a dietspotlight customer representative, that I wouldn’t even notice the effects after two weeks of use. Any product should be working at about 2 weeks. No thanks. Not for me. I’ll stick with Advocare!

If you do you are automatically sigining up for their enrollment and if you paid the three dollars and something with you debit card they have your information & will continue to take 95.90 from your checking account each month. Hay all just to let you know call them again, talk to a supervisor. let them know that you will report them to your bank as fraud and that you will make sure to but on all sites bad reviews as well as start many warnings about there company’s on social media. This tends to work very well but I would be sure to keep to your promise and the amount of time that has lapsed if more than 30 days does not matter. You can tell them you spoke with a layer. Which I am. The bank as well you can tell them you just discovered this fraud. Let them know it was not agreed with the company and is in deed a fraud. Be nice but assertive. Be sure to tell the bank that not at anytime did you agree to anything. I can tell you this will work. Or if you rather try the 100% money back guarantee they offered. You can ask for corporates number which they can not refuse. YOU can also find it online. You cause a stink and they will do what they can to give you your money back.
This is a bait and switch. They offer a 7 day free trial, but what they don’t tell you is they sign you up for a 4 month subscription at $99 a month. This product didn’t work, it actually made me feel terrible, and run down. The worst part of this is they will not stand by their product, and refund me my money. Buy beware and stay away from this scam of a company! Hopefully there is a class action lawsuit so I can get some of my money back.
People do not buy anything that goes in your body off line. You do not know where it is coming from and there have been deaths involved. And this company is horrible. I had every single experience all of you have had. And I got extremely ill from just one. I looked up vitamins and deaths they have caused after being bought online. Look it up.
This is definitely a scam, preying on as many people as possible before it’s closed down. My experience is the same as many others, ‘free trial’ leading to an unwanted product delivered to my home and unauthorised payment from my account. Contact with the company led to them trotting out so well used lines about their terms and conditions etc,which I ignored. My bank have refunded the money – its theft plain and simple- and I’ve made a report to the police about internet fraud. You can force your bag on brick dust on people then charge them for it, no matter what rubbish you wrote in your T&C’s.
Made the mistake of ordering the trial and then read the reviews. Called them 2 days after and told them I wanted to cancel. They tried to pressure me into using another pill and talked to me like I was an idiot for not agreeing. Seemed to muddle something about cancelling then hung up on me. I recorded the call and followed up with an e-mail telling them I had a recorded the call and would be calling my credit card company. The did sent me a confirmation e-mail but I changed my credit card number to be safe. Will never order another trial product of anything ever again…lesson learned.
I was caught by a similar scam. You cannot get your money back. It takes months to get them to cancel. However, you can CANCEL YOUR CARD. It is inconvenient but it keeps them from getting your money.
This is a horrible company, I did the trial that did nothing for me then I called to be sure I was not charged. The agent assured me and then I was charged. I had not received a bottle yet and when I called back they had refused to refund. I spoke with a manager who gave me back half my money. This company is a scam.

I too have been scammed by this company – I had the two week free trial, didn’t work and wasn’t impressed. Then received the pills a month later with a bill of £72.00! I wrote to them asking for a refund and to send the pills back that I hadn’t openedand then said they would assist with me my refund. Two weeks later, still no refund and then you get the cocky customer services guy saying that they never agreed to a refund and kept sending me snippets of their emails without the paragraph attached where they agreed to it. He got really difficult, and said to send the pills back and they’d give me a full refund. However, I’m not holding my breath as I’m sure there will be a problem somewhere along the line. Seems everyone has been scammed – disgusting this is allowed to continue to be honest!

Cancelling this product was the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. The customer service representative was beyond rude and when I asked to speak to someone above him, I was told he was it. From the way I was treated, I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I placed my order online and did read the disclosure of the renewed shipment after 14 days. I placed my order on Wednesday and Friday the same week I called and canceled my membership. I also called my bank right after and confirmed with them that if they do bill, there is a department within Visa/Mastercard/etc. that will dispute it for you if you are charged. Also, they told me another option would be to cancel the current card that was used and they would issue a new one with a new number that way the old number is no way connected to your account anymore. Hopefully this information is helpful to anyone who is still within that trial period that is looking for a way not to get charged for the monthly fees.
I am unhappy with this product. I cancelled my free trail within the 14 days and they offered to send me another free trial pack because of the inconvenience. I received a charge on my account and a bottle of the pills. When I called to tell them I wanted a refund, they told me that a new trail was started (without my knowledge) and that I did not cancel in time. They only offered to refund $55 of the $90 that they charged me. This is a scam and I will never recommended this product or their services.
Terrible company. I called about the nearly $100 withdrawn from my account following the “free trial”. I asked to speak to the reps supervisor and he lied and said he wasn’t there and then hung up on me. I know he lied because his supervisor answered the phone when I called back immediately. For some reason the supervisor didn’t understand why I wasn’t receptive of his pitch despite knowing I’d just been hung up on and lied to.
Beware of the auto charges. They claim to offer a free 15 day trial, but they run their clock from when you place the order even though you don’t receive the product for a week. By the time you have received it and tried it for 15 days, they have already charged your card and sent you more. If you call to complain, their slick salesmen tell you that you agreed to this. When you point out the obvious problem with the free trial and timeframes, they tell you that you agreed to this. They stand behind their contract, not their product.
Taking this product for 1.5 months now, and my heart rate is constantly up about 30 – 40 BPM higher than normal – RESTING! Very jittery and irritable. Stopping use now, and I wish I had found this before I did their “Trial”, which needs to be called what it is… a subscription. Anyone reading this who is thinking about trying it, please head the advise of everyone on this page and DO NOT consider this product at all.
I took this pill today and it landed me in the ER! I had to leave work due to violent vomiting & pay a $300 copay at the emergency room. AVOID THIS DRUG.
Oh my gosh I wish I had read all these comments before I ordered the sample! I have sent two emails asking them to go ahead and cancel any month to month orders within minutes of placing the sample order! I do not wish to do battle with them but I am prepared if I have to.

I wish I’d found this website before I ordered. Called to cancel before they charged – which they charged earlier than the 15 days. My credit card was maxed, thank goodness so it was declined – and guy kept trying to put me off. Finally when he asked “What’s causing you to want to cancel” or something similar for the 3rd time, I told him that it’s because he’s really making me irritated. Wanted to say “pissed” but I was nice. He finally cancelled it.

I signed up for the free trial and I called immediately after to cancel because of the auto renewal. The smooth customer service rep said he extended the trial and will be sending a additonal sample at no charge waiving the shipping. I could cancel a month from now via phone or email. Being that I didn’t trust it I called my cc company and the intial shipping charge was flagged as fraud needing my approval. I declined it, the issues me a new cc to prevent and future charges. Act quick before they scam you or if you are lucky you cc company will flag it based on the complaints toward this company already.
I have not even actually tried this product. But, I ordered the sample…was signed up for a 30 day supply auto ship without knowing it…paid $1 for my sample and was charge $60 for the auto ship (that I didn’t even know about). I called to cancel and get a refund…they said I agreed to the 30 day auto ship…can’t find the supposed “agreement” that I signed anywhere in my emails or online…not surprising. They only refunded 25% of the cost…so I am left with these pills that I have not even tried and now I don’t want to just because of their poor customer service. Would not recommend this product or website to anyone! SCAM!

Well, I ordered, my CC was charged $147.00, tried to get a credit and heard from no one on that. My CC company did take the rest off after the $147. I thought since I am stuck with 2 bottles, I would try it. It has been 3 days. It is not bothering me at all. BUT, after reading all of the comments, I just poured it all in the trashcan. If you try to get a “free sample” pack you will automatically be charged monthly until you call to cancel, again with no refund. What your sent has no contact information or number on the order receipt so you’re left to piece it together on your own and find the contact info online to stop being barged an outrageous amount. Severe vomiting….
I tried the Diet Spotlight Burn and within perhaps 2 hours I started to feel very nauseous.
There after I was vomiting badly, numerous times.
I tried the pill again after approx 1 week in case (I wondered) there was some other cause to my vomiting.
(There was no reason- food wise or other to my vomiting)
And I had the same reaction. The vomiting lasted a few hours.
I was actually wondering if there was some type of poison in this product as I can’t remember the last time I was this ill.

They automatically subscribe you to their monthly membership which they never mention when you order the sample. They charge your card 14 days later without asking you. Not to mention, I got my sample kit AFTER the 14 days have passed, so I didn’t actually get a chance to SAMPLE before they took my money! Thankfully, my bank was able to refund my account… Now even if the product works, I’ll never buy it… It’s a terrible business model…
I ordered a trial of a diet supp. last month (March). Then on April 12 I got a bottle of Carcinia Cambogia-costs $18.79 @ local health food store I frequent. Checks bounced and I freaked. Is this legal and can I return and get a full refund? This is such a scam I can’t believe it is allowed to continue.

I was pleasantly surprised at the weight loss. More so with the increased libido. I’m not sure if that is from the higher frequency of urination or from some herb in the compound. Beat Instant Knockout for me because IK kept me too wired from the caffeine.
