Dance has always been my favorite way to workout. It is also a good way to avoid a lot of injuries that come with other forms of exercise. I still get sore muscles but treat them with natural pain relief patches from Imbue. They have free videos and preventative tips also.

+I love dancing but am too fat right now to feel good about dancing in public so a home dvd routine would make me smile and burn calories. hope it works.
