Akavar 20/50 is a European weight loss pill that has achieved much success. It has made its move to the U.S. seeking the same. Akavar boasts that it is the ultimate fat cure and that you'll see the results you seek without any diet restrictions or inclusion of exercise.
Akavar is designed to restrict your daily caloric intake to less than normal. Without those calories that your body requires for energy, you'll start to use your fat reserves. This will of course cause you to lose weight and inches. However, you'll immediately gain back that weight should you stop using Akavar. The website offers little-to-know information about the product leaving open many questions about the supplement.

It takes a lot of research to find what is inside those little Akavar tablets, as the product's website bypasses any discussion. Akavar includes many caffeine sources including xanthine and green tea leaf. Other ingredients include yerba mate, guarana seed, ginger root, kola nut, Tibetan ginseng, cocoa nut, rice flour, yellow no. 6, red no. 3 and Gelatin, among many others.
CONCLUSION
Akavar 20/50 leaves a lot of open questions- which really leads to concerns about both the product's effectiveness and impact on the body. With so many diet pills and supplements on the market, it is important for manufacturers to paint a detailed picture of the product to help consumers make the most educated decisions. Many diet pills and supplements provide all of the information that Akavar seems to have conveniently left out. It is also a little misleading that without diet and exercise you can still lose weight. Why it doesn't work for most of you is because, you already eat so many calories that the pills are automatically canceled out. Excersise more, eat less, period.

Hey well i messed up when i put 145lbs im sorry bout that i weighed 268lbs when i started out i been on akavar for 2 wks i am down to 246lbs.Ive lost more than 20lbs in 2 wks its so amazing i take slimfast twice a day i walk everyday and do 20 min of dancing so it really works,if you stick to it you will see the diffrence i went to a size 24 to a size 20 pants in august i plan to be 160lbs,i believe i can do it.You skeptics this pill really works its not a waste of money dont go spend 100 dollars on a pill when you can go to walmart and get it for 19.99,i will let you know how things are going in 2 wks

well its the 3rd day and i take 2 pills every 12 hours..I have no side effects really, just maybe my metabolism is alot faster...no jitters or anything like that..i sleep well and i feel less hungry..

+I was stuck at 147 forever......wow ....since I started taking Akavar 2 weeks ago , I lost 9 lbs. This product never made me feel nervous, anxious, or irritable. I sleep very well at night. Since taking this product, my appetite has decreased...I don't go for that second helping. I try and keep it healthy....well.....I splurge on icecream once in awhile. No worries...I never gained an ounce. I don't count calories....it is a waste a time. I had tried 5 different diet pill products in the past....none of them seem to help me lose weight.

+I came into work today and got on the scale... I am at 163 now. I was at 170 alomost a week ago tomorrow. I feel great and my apettite has just sunk down. I'm not counting calories. My body just lets me know that I am full. I don't think of food like I used to all the time. I don't crave sweets nor do i crave dinner! I am excited!! 150 here I come! well i've been taking the pills for several days now, and yes i get an energy rush...which leads to a crash. i usuallu take them in the morning before work and i just get rush and work my ass off, then i feel a little tired.after working 6 hours i take them again, there i go working like a mad man. before i would get a stomach ache, but now i guess my body adjusted to it and i have more controlled eating without endulging. its great and i look forward to results in 2 weeks as printed.

+I have tried diets, working out, bootcamps, personal trainers - - you name it, I've done it. I've never had this much success this fast. I bought the pills last Friday. Started taking them immediately that morning. I was 182 then. Today, Wed., April 1, I weighed 172.4 this morning. I must admit that while a bit shaky at first, I have increased my activity level overall. I do the Wii Fit program and walk at least 3 times a week. My husband is already amazed at the changes he sees both physically and he loves the new confidence I have as a result of it. I am a true believer. I started taking 2 pills before lunch and then again at dinner. I am now taking 2 pills at lunch and only 1 before dinner because I'm just not hungry. I already do all of the right things like no fast food, soda, sweets, etc., which is why I think the acceleration of my loss has been so significant. Good luck, everyone.

Hi i been on the diet since monday i have lost a total of 5lbs by exercise and walking i dont eat the after 7pm its been working i dont crave nothing i feel like a person who has gastric bypass done minus the surgery i started weighing 145 im down to 140lbs i love this stuff.

Hey everyone! So I have been on Akavar since Friday. This weekend we celebrated my dad birthday and had so much food with all sorts of fats and with so much calories! I DID NOT EVEN CRAVE IT! In fact I was so grossed out by seeing what was on the grill I just had to walk away. And normally I would eat away til I can say no more. LOL We had birthday cake at the party. NOT EVEN A TRY! This stuff really controls your apetite. It's amazing. I came into work this morning and weighed myself! I am at 165.0 I have lost 5 lbs in 4 days!!!! The awsome part is that I lost them over the weekend. Normally if I loos any weight it will be during the week and then it comes right back on the weekends. I love it! I have so much energy and I am so alert! No headaches and the tummy aches were gone right after the first day. I will check in soon!

I can tell its working i have so much energy i just got the pills at gnc,its 11pm and i already lost 3lbs i can say it works im going back to gnc to buy 2 more bottles my goal is to lose 80lbs my sons graduating in june i plan on being 50lbs lighter.i will let u know in 2 wks how things are going i think any product that says 100% guarantee is the real thing.
