Really really really bad review, no offence. Did not tell anything about the cactus diet.

A diet doesn't need to give exercise information. The US government already does. Used to be 30 minutes 3 times a week, now the official recommendation is 1 hour per day. This is just common sense �?? depending on your health conditions and level of fitness you squeeze in as much activity as you can. Do you really need a diet program to tell you that?

+I just had my baby and was looking to shed those lasting pounds, since I don't have the willpower myself the hoodia cactus pills helped me curb my post-pregnancy cravings.

+The cactus - hoodia supplement had me bypassing the candy machines at work and I lost 25 pounds in the first month.

-I agree with Callie, this diet doesn't supply enough information to be a well-rounded plan. Where is the information on exercising, how much should it be when taking this supplement?

This is just a supplement. Which si fine, but i'd like some info for meals and exercise to go with it.

So if I'm just eating healthier then the hooda will make me less hungry? That would keep me from snacking.
