INGREDIENTS
The Phase 1 of CleanseRX capsules contain psyllium husk powder, Vitamin C, lemon bioflavenoid, magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate and senna.

+I read somewhere on the mayo clinic website that all shades of brown and even green are considered normal stool colors. It did say that the foods you eat can affect the color but if you see distinct change, it could be a sign of underlying health problems. Some things to look out for is taking longer than 60 seconds to elminate your bowels, passing round, hard pellet or thin, pencil-shaped stools, releasing foul smelling gas, and producing gas during your bowel movement. If you noticed any of these you shold take action RIGHT NOW because your colon could be clogged with impacted fecal matter. They can overrun your system with bacteria and be a breeding ground for nasty parasites. I had a couple of these signs and had to take action. I ordered cleanseRX and just finished last week. My symptions are gone now and i feel alot better. The colon cleansing with cleanse RX was exactly what i needed. i'm going to order some more so that i can cleanse later when stuff builds up again.

+I didn't follow the directions and used phase 1 and phase 2 at the same time. I finished a week ago and I just thought it would be cool if i let everyone know that i loved it. The cleanse was great and i feel awesome.

+I finished my cleansing about 2 months ago and I notice it more now how effective the cleansing was. Once you cleanse you don't notice that your stomach isn't making weird gassy noises and it hurting after a big crazy meal but they're coming back. Ordering another supply but i'm not eating so much junk anymore after this next cleansing.

+CleanseRX is very effective and the two phases are key. I've done other cleansing systems and this is by far the best. the other ones were okay but this one seems like the advance/newer method that works better.
