+Coconut water is amazing. Also coconut milk and meat is really good for you and often gets a bad rap for being high in cholesterol.

+Unless you're ready to change the way you live don't try this diet. People try "miracle diets" and expect them to work permanently without a lifestyle change. Nothing will work permanently unless you do it permanently. It's like expecting one hour of running to last you a year. It's just stupid.
posted Feb 26th, 2010 12:53 pmI've been using this for years, now, as a basic guideline on how to eat and I have never felt so good in my life.
I am always full of energy, my headaches that I used to get every night have gone away, the little bumps on my arm and face disappeared, not to mention when I started I lost almost 35 pounds in three months.
To the person with sarcoidosis, as well as ingesting coconut oil try putting it directly on the skin areas affected by it. I have talked to a few people who have done this and it helps tremendously. If you read the part about herxheimer syndrome it could potentially make it worse and your body adjusts and gets rid of all the junk built up, but this is ONLY TEMPORARY! Stick to it and I guarantee you'll see changes!

I've done this diet before really half hearted. These last 2 weeks I've been much more diligent. I already workout & take supplements because I'm diabetic. I feel a bit thinner, but my skin & hair look great. I'm going to stay on it for a full 60 days & see what really happens. I'll keep you posted! So far, so good.

A 20 dollar tub lasted me a month and I dropped 10 pounds! That's 2.5 pounds a week - not bad. I did no real exercise, yet did eat sensibly. I took it about 2-3 hours after dinner when I would often get the munchies for chips and pop. The oil gave me a sense of being full and I no longer craved the junk foods at night. This time round I'm going to incorporate swimming 1/2 hour 3 days a week, with a 1/2 hour of weights 2 days a week to see what happens. I beleive this stuff is a no brainer for weight-loss, and is definately proven effective for me. People are noticing my weightloss and asking me what my secret is. When they find out, they are immediately interested and want to give it a try. I recommend it to anyone who has 'hit the wall' with their weightloss progress, or to those who want to start out on the right path with guaranteed results. I even went off it for 2 monthes and the bodyfat didnt come back. I take @ 4tbsps every evening. Good luck with it if you give it a shot!
