i tried it and it does curb my appetite but the patch makes me break out similar to when i was on the birth conrol patch years ago. i have square-shaped dry skin patches. But my appettite did go away a bit. i just hate the rash i get from removing the patch. i won't be using this anymore as it's making the skin look crappy. i have about 20 patches left. Oh, they did let me cancel though. You just have to keep saying No to all their rebuttals.

I think sticking scotch tape on my arm would've had the same effect.

They should call it "The Placebo Patch". I was so excited to get these yet so disappointed when nothing happened. I tried wearing 2 patches at a time hoping that maybe it just wasn't strong enough. Still I felt no difference in my appetite. I still was hungry and still had my cravings. I'm glad there were no side effects or jitters but I think then I would have at least known that something was actually working. Anyway, unless placebos work for you, save your money!

I used the 1 week free trial and it worked. Now I've run out and my appetite has increased...but it's so expensive I wanted to see if it was worth buying 1 full month. I'm still not 100% sold on it, but the 6 lbs I've lost so far make me want to try it longer...hmmm...Also, I had no problem keeping it on my skin, so long as I didn't have any cream or lotion on the area.

I loved the patch! It really did keep me satisfied and I didn't snack while on the patch. I have high blood pressure and hypothyroid, so I can't take most diet pills. The patches are great because it's one less pill I have to take, it keeps me from craving sweets and I never had trouble keeping the patch on. I have given it to my 14 yr old son and even he notices a difference. I have run out now and noticed right away my increased hunger level. I can't wait to order the patches and start wearing them again. I have lost 13 lbs while using the patch and combining it with diet and exercise. I don't like the price, but I'd rather pay for the patches then to pay for the junk I used to eat.

I actually have been using the product along with the abs diet, the reason I know it is working is because when I forget to put the patch on, my appetite is bigger and I'm hungry more often (even when I don't realize I forgot it so i don't think it's a placebo effect). What I like is that it doesn't give me the jitters. I don't really even know it's there. Sometimes I'm in the mood to snack, but I'm the kind of person where if it's something emotional, no pill or chemical in the world will fix that. But since I'm on the abs diet also, I can snack when I need to and get full. I have only started the combination of the two since Monday and who knows if the diet is working yet because I've only lost 1.5 lbs (could be water). But I do feel really good because I've been putting good food in my body and laying off of the sauce :) As for it not staying on, i have not had a problem with that whatsoever. If you have lotion on or oily skin (mine is dry) they probably won't stay on as well. If I forget and put my lotion on before hand then I just wipe the area with rubbing alcohol and a cotton ball to remove any oily residue before I put the patch on. It stays on in the shower, but I am careful not to soap over it or touch it. It will slide around but I try to leave it on. Then when my skin drys, the patch dries too and stays in place. But usually I just put a new one on each morning when I get out of the shower so it's not really even and issue. The only thing I am scared of is the price and also what will happen if I try to cancel it.

Personally, I ordered the 7 day free trial and ended up liking this product. I found it did curb my appetite which is important to me. I didnt have a problem with it sticking on my arm. I liked the concept of a patch better than taking pills. I plan on purchasing the full months supply of this product.

I appreciate you guys leaving your comments. I almost got sucked into buying yet another product. You saved me time, energy and avoided getting me pissed off. If the patch doesn't stay on - it is uselss. Thanks a mil for helping me decide - No way!

I HATED these diet patches for the following reasons: 1. They didn't work--claimed to "curb cravings" but did nothing of the sort. I've taken various diet pills in the past (including the Xenadrine that DID contain Ephedra & Hydroxycut) and those pills truly did curb cravings. This did NOTHING. 2. Didn't stick to skin for full 24 hours, and when it did, left a giant gunk square on my skin. Unattractive. 3. The most important reason I hate the Curb Your Cravings patch: their customer service. I stayed on hold for THREE HOURS on the phone one day, at which point I decided that no one does actually answer the phone. I could not find a customer service on their website, and had to wait until they sent me another order telling me the next month's order had shipped. I wrote them back and they haven't sent/billed me for the product again. What a nightmare!

trying to cancel order but can never get to talk to anyone, product does not work.

I tried the patches for 1 week free. I cannot say if the patch actually works as they do not stay on your skin. I did not cancel my order on time and received my first 30 day supply. I want to cancel my subscription.

This didn`t work for me. I just want to know how to cancel the product. I hope it works for other people.

The patch did not stay on my arem. I was not satisfied.

I would like to send back my patches because they do not stay on your skin. I have not gotten one of them to stay on more than 6 hours. I want to cancel my order and have the last shipment taken off of my credit card. I will send back the patches, I have not used any of them.

I tried the patch for 1 month and nothing happened. I think the patches were just a great big bandaid. I tried to get a refund, but I was told it was to late. And I had 4 days left, before my 1 month was up. I was very disappointed in your false advertisement. So as I couldn't get a refund, I tried them again and nothing stilled happened. I now know I was just ripped off....

i coudn't get it to stay on in the shower.it kept coming off.

Do diet patches work? I have taken hoodia pills before but I don't know about a patch?
Sal_H
I never thought it could be that easy! I could never remember to take the ephedrine pills - the Hoodia patch was the perfect solution for me. Although, I don't think it is good for a long term dieting solution, but it gave me the head start that I needed.
