i was hoping for MS info. This book is more about losing weight than the autoimmune issue. Still has too many foods that create inflammation and intestional permeation. For someone who is thin and in the begininng of MS, this is disappointing,

+I have had MS since I was 29 and will turn 62 this month. I am still mobile but use a walker. I love this diet. The natural foods are very good - a little more expensive but certainly cheaper than pills, shots, etc.

+There really is no end date, it is just saying that by the end of 5 weeks, you will have dramatic results. this diet, like others that are designed to work are lifestyle changes, but you can tell the results of this diet in just 5 weeks.

Sounds easy enough and I don't have to cut out carbs completely. Thanks for the info.

I like the idea of the plan and it looks like I could see good results. What happens at the end of the 5 weeks? I wonder about the diets with an end date.

Gold Coast is simple and works. I've been pleased and happy with my weight. It suggests five weeks but you can keep following the healthy eating and exercise after that.
