HealthSlim is a diet pill that is all natural and does not contain stimulants. It is rare to find a diet pill that does not contain caffeine, as it is commonly used as an energy agent in many pills. HealthSlim claims that by using this pill, you will not only experience desired weight loss, but also increased energy. They also say that you can lose 20 pounds in just 30 days, with most users seeing initial results within the first three days. HealthSlim targets fat within the cell by converting those fat stores to energy.

INGREDIENTS
HealthSlim contains only natural ingredients. Some of these include vitamin B5 which can convert fat to energy, carnitrine transfers waste from the cells, L-choline and L-inositol will force fat out of storage to burn for energy, vitamin B6 is responsible for hundreds of body functions and Betaine HCL helps the body absorb important nutrients like vitamin C and calcium.
EXERCISE
HealthSlim does not specifically promote exercise, nor does it offer any recommendations. It does say that by using the product, you'll experience more energy and feel more inclined to engage in moderate exercise.
CONCLUSION
There is very little discussion of healthy diet or exercise in addition to taking HealthSlim. It seems boastful that this product will yield the dramatic weight loss results advertised single handedly. The HealthSlim Web site is hard to follow and while it presents a lot of information, still leaves some questions unaswered. The price seems very high, when compared with other products that might be supported by research.
