Don't drink soda with sugar if you are on a diet. try to avoid diet sodas also, bad for your teeth

Lots of Water, Excercise, HoodiaP57, and small dinners. Eat lots of greens, actually replace it for carbs as much as you can.

I have tried hoodia tea and other hoodia pills and Hoodiap57 is by far the best quality. I now know what the hype about hoodia is. I am beginning to think the other hoodia products didn't even have real hoodia in it. word of advice, don't ever buy anything from a website that doesn't have a phone number or address. I learned the hard way.

I just ordered the HoodiaP57 5 days ago. Haven't received it yet but plan to start the day it is delivered. I am tired of all the diet pills that are sold knowing that the things do not work. I have heard good things (because of this website), so I will be an honest reporter on this product - and overexpose it to everyone if it doesn't work....

I've been using Hoodia for about 3 weeks now and it has helped me suppress my hunger during the day. i have lost 4 pounds since and i have been trying to lose weight for the past 2 months with very little luck. I have been excercising everday and my weight was just yo-yoing the whole time but i have kept the 4 pounds off now for 1 full week.
