Hey Folks! I am back. I had lost four pounds in three days, when to Florida for 2 days, gained two pounds. SO my offical weight as of 04/18/08 is 212. I am 5' 9". I have been taking regular hydroxycut for 5 days now - I can feel it is working amazingly well, but I am starting to feel nauseated every time I eat. I want it to curb my eating, but I don't want it to make me feel sick every time I eat. I am eating a lot less so I want to enjoy the food that I do put in my mouth! Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to help from feeling sick besides coming off the hydroxycut? I am trying to drink as much water as I can every day.

Hey everyone! today is my firs day on hydroxycut Hardcore 4/16/08. So far I've noticed a definit increase in energy and a supression in appetite. hoping it will work for me. My starting weight is 241 and my target goal is to weigh at least 160 /150!!! To the people who say it is a scam because anyone can lose weight with diet and exercise: some people find diet and exercise loathesome. If you combine that with a slow metabolism then that person is in an unfortunate position, healthwise. If a product can curb their appetite and give them more energy so they feel up to exercising, then that in itself is tremendously helpful.

I've been taking Hydroxycut for almost 4 months now and it has worked for me. I've lost 10lbs and went from a size 40 to a size 36 in just 4 months!!! I have not drank sodas for over a year now and i play soccer on the weekends. During the week i lift weights 3 times per week. It is hard work but i truly believe that hydroxycut has helped me be where i am now. Although i have not reached my goal yet, i know i will very soon. I Highly recommend it!

Good luck, Erica! I will race you - I started it yesterday (4/14) as well :) My starting weight is 282lbs. Last night was the first night in ages that I didn't have a sugar craving after dinner, so maybe it is affecting my appetite already. I hate exercise but I do have more energy than usual, plus the weather is finally warming up, so maybe I will be inclined to go walking in the evenings this week.
