Slim 10 is a weight loss supplement that contains ten of the most popular ingredients that have been purported to aid in weight loss. It also contains the mega popular plant, Hoodia gordonii, the South African herb that suppresses hunger by signaling the brain that it's full even though very little or no food has been consumed.
These ingredients are supposed to burn fat, improve metabolism, suppress appetite, break down stored fat, prevent binge eating, enhance mood, and block fat and carbohydrates from being digested.

INGREDIENTS
Slim 10 contains Advantra Z, Super Citrimax, Tonalin, Phase 2, 7-Keto, NeOpuntia, ForsLean, Slimaluma, ChromeMate and CarniPure. It also contains 500 mg of Hoodia gordonii.
ADMINISTRATION
Two capsules of Slim 10 are taken in the morning before breakfast and the third capsule about an hour after lunch.
DIET and EXERCISE
There are no specific dietary or exercise requirements while taking Slim 10, but following a sensible and healthy diet as well as an exercise program are recommended by the manufactures of this product.
Since one of the ingredients, hoodia, gordonii, also suppresses thirst, you are greatly encouraged to drink enough liquids even though you may not feel thirsty while taking Slim 10.

+i'm a chemist and i can say this a great formulation. I do work in the petroleum industry but i'ma strict academic and did my research on these ingredients before i bought them. This slim10 is not the product that was from china that killed people. Totally different and works well. I recommend.

posted Jul 24th, 2009 10:17 amSo i eat my breakfast, lunch, and mid day snack first before i take this. Once i get home, i eat a small dinner. no late night snacks, that's the killer right there. I have lost 10 pounds in 3 1/2 weeks. Now my problem is trying to keep this up because i keep telling myself its temporary but if i want to keep the weight off it can't be.

+I'm on my 3rd day and love this stuff! I just need something to get me going on cutting back on nervous/emotional eating. This really does work! I sleep like a baby - no jitters - no heart racing and no urge to eat junk! I've already lost 8 pounds. I'll report back in a month. but so far, this stuff is the bomb!

-I tried this product for 2 months. Had a headache/light headed for first few days. After that felt peppy, happy, & energetic. But an absolute waste of money as far as weight loss goes. I lost nothing at all. Then I read it possibly causes liver damage so I stopped taking it. i lost one pound after being off this product for 3 days. Hmm

-These pills were more costly than others and I didn't find the results to be any more impressive than the other brands so I have switched over to those that are more cost efficient

+Slim 10 gave me a jump start on my weightloss and I loved that I could try and decide to continue or not. I was less inclined to eat late night as I normally do and that made a big difference in my day-to-day.
