I've done SugarBusters off and on for years and it is the best diet ever. SugarBusters gives NO support whatsoever unforunately. They don't even have a web site anymoreand have never had any place to go to ask questions. They just basically sell you the book and you are then on your own. I've looked for support groups and find none and SugarBusters has never started one and you cannot ask then questions. Great diet but be warned - you must figure out sooo much all by yourself. Good luck - you'll need it!

sugar busters for kids is a great plan. parents should be encourage kids to be active and eat healthy anyway. these are the habits they will carry into adulthood
